June 09, 2021Three young people, all adults, were arrested by the mobile squad of the Siena Police Headquarters for rape.
The three are under house arrest after a 20-year-old girl's report of group sexual violence.
The precautionary measures were issued after the investigations coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office.
The investigations led to the identification of four alleged perpetrators, of which a minor: the 17-year-old is under investigation on the loose.
Among those arrested, according to what has emerged, there is a footballer of the youth sector of a Serie A team. The precautionary measures, carried out by the agents of the Sienese mobile team between the Tuscan city and Sicily, were triggered after the investigations coordinated by the Prosecutor which led to the identification of four alleged perpetrators, one of whom is 17, in turn investigated on the loose.
The homes of the four suspects were searched. Last week the 20-year-old had filed the complaint, saying that the sexual violence had occurred during a private party in a house in Siena. For her, the 'Red Code' protocol has been activated for the protection of the victim.
