The updated situation in Italy and in the world
Covid infections return to rise in the last 24 hours in Italy, but deaths are decreasing.
There are 2,199 coronavirus test positives in Italy in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health. Yesterday there were 1,896. Instead, there are 77 victims in one day, while yesterday there were 102.
In total, 4,237,790 cases since the beginning of the epidemic, 126,767 dead. The discharged and healed are instead 3,936,088, with an increase of 8,912 compared to yesterday, while the currently positive drop to 174,935, down by 6,791 in the last 24 hours.
There are 218,738 molecular and antigenic swabs for the coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy, according to data from the Ministry of Health. Yesterday there were 220,917. The Covid positive rate is 1%, stable compared to 0.8% yesterday.
The first three regions for new infections are: Lombardy with 322 cases, Sicily with 320 and Campania 257.
Campania
There are
257
positives of the day in Campania, of which 59 symptomatic, out of 10,402 molecular swabs processed. This was communicated by the regional crisis unit. There are 20 deceased, of which 8 in the last 48 hours, and 782 recovered.
There are 7,288 deaths from Covid since the beginning of the emergency and 352,687 healed in Campania. Hospitalizations are still decreasing: 43 intensive care beds are occupied and 518 infected patients are hospitalized.
Puglia
Out of 6,996 tests for coronavirus infection

positive cases. Yesterday there were 134 new cases out of 8,302 tests. 8 deaths were recorded. Yesterday the dead were 17. In all, 6,570 people lost their lives. Since the beginning of the emergency, 2,549,087 tests have been carried out. 228,669 patients recovered while yesterday they were 227,679 (+990). The currently positive cases are 16,518 while yesterday they were 17,331 (-813). There are 357 hospitalized patients while yesterday they were 372 (-15). The total of positive Covid cases in Puglia since the beginning of the emergency is 251,757.
Lazio
Today, out of over 10 thousand swabs in Lazio (1,324) and over 12 thousand antigenic for a total of over 22 thousand tests,

new positive cases (+40), deaths are 7 (+1), hospitalized are 587 (-58). The healed 1,237, the intensive therapies are 107 (-1). The ratio between positives and buffers is 1.7%, but if we also consider the antigenic the percentage drops to 0.8%. There are 89 cases in Rome city. There are 8,890 positive cases at Covid-19 in Lazio. Of these, 8,196 are in home isolation, 587 are hospitalized not in intensive care, 107 are hospitalized in intensive care (-1 compared to yesterday), 8,236 have died and 326,627 have recovered.
Piedmont
The Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region has communicated

The 24-hour report also reports another nine deaths in one day (average age 80.2 years) for a total of 6,784 victims since the start of the pandemic. Cases of coronavirus positivity rise to 242,786 in Tuscany (+ 0.1% on the previous day). The healed (another 425 in 24 hours, all complete healings with negative swabs) grew by 0.2% of the total and reached 230,765 since the beginning of the pandemic. the currently positive ones are today 5,237 (-5.5% on yesterday).
Veneto
There are

, 5.3% compared to 1,536 swabs, molecular and antigenic, processed within the path for new diagnoses. The positive-test ratio increased compared to the previous day, when it was 2.7%, with 33 new cases out of 1,229 swabs, thus increasing the total number of positives identified since the start of the pandemic crisis to 103,259.
Abruzzo
There are

the new cases of covid-19 ascertained in the last hours in Abruzzo. From the analysis of 3,498 molecular swabs emerged: 1.37% of the samples were positive. There is a new zeroing of deaths. The death toll remains unchanged at 2,498. Hospitalizations continue to drop, going from 94 yesterday to 85 today, with intensive care which is at the September values. The new positives are between 7 and 77 years old. Those under the age of 19 are ten of which seven reside in the province of L'Aquila, one in the province of Chieti and two in the province of Teramo. Currently positive are 2105 (-356): 81 patients (-7) are hospitalized in non-intensive care and 4 (-2, without new access) are in intensive care, while the other 1.750 (-617) are in home isolation with active surveillance by the local health authorities. The healed in the last few hours are 404, but they also include cases relating to the April-May period that had not been communicated by the ASL. The total thus rises to 69,759.
Sardinia
A total of 56,937 cases of Covid-19 positivity have been ascertained in Sardinia since the beginning of the emergency. In the latest update of the Regional Crisis Unit,

. In total, 1,326,989 swabs were performed, for an overall increase of 3,868 tests compared to the previous figure. There were 2 new deaths (1,481 in all). On the other hand, 94 (-6) people are currently hospitalized in the medical area, while the number of patients (6) in intensive care remains unchanged, where there are no new entries. There are 12,104 people in home isolation and a total of 43,252 (+109) healed.
Trentino
Third consecutive day without deaths in Trentino according to the daily bulletin of the Provincial Health Services Agency which also indicates the presence of

new infections, while vaccinations reached 336,216 this morning and another 50 recovered bring the total to 43,920. Yesterday 944 molecular swabs were analyzed which identified 21 new positive cases and confirmed 8 positivity intercepted in recent days by rapid tests. The latter were 1,010 which brought out 12 new infections. In the total of the latter (between antigenic and molecular), more than a third refers to children and young people of school age (1 ha between 0-2 years, 1 between 3-5 years, 6 between 6-10 years, 2 between 11 -13 years and 1 between 14-19 years). Among the oldest, there is only 1 case of over 80 years old, none in the 70-79 year range and 3 infections among those aged between 60 and 69 years.
Basilicata
In Basilicata yesterday, 895 molecular swabs were processed for the search for contagion from Covid-19, of which

Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia of 4,560 molecular swabs were detected

Furthermore, 1,577 rapid antigenic tests have been carried out, from which no cases of contagion have been detected. There are no deaths today, admissions to intensive care units remain 3 while those in other departments drop to 23. Overall deaths amount to 3,793.
