　　According to the White House website, in a new executive order, Biden announced the revocation of several earlier executive orders signed by Trump against TikTok and Wechat (No. EO 13942, EO 13943, EO 13971).

　　The new executive order instructs the U.S. Department of Commerce to evaluate applications related to foreign "adversaries" and "act as appropriate."

The US government believes that these applications may pose a risk to the country's data privacy and national security.
