A national police officer was hit in the face and was slightly injured on Tuesday noon, during an operation to fight against drug trafficking in the Dervallières district in Nantes, police reports.
The policeman, who worked in the specialized field brigade, was arresting when he was kicked in the jaw, police said.
The violence of the shock knocked him unconscious.
However, his state of health does not give rise to concern.
Two people, including the author of the kick, were arrested Tuesday during this anti-drug operation in Dervallières.
In particular, cannabis and heroin were seized.
