The exhibition will open June 24 at Windsor Castle and July 23 at Holyroodhouse Palace in Edinburgh, according to the Royal Collection Trust website.
More than 150 objects will be presented, which will tell about the early childhood of the prince, his naval career and his role as consort of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain.
A farewell ceremony for Prince Philip took place on April 17 at St George's Chapel in Windsor.
He died at the age of 100 on April 9 at Windsor Castle.
