In the clip, she shares her best tips for the beginner.

Normally Sofia Öberg and her brother take the train to Gothenburg.

But this Easter, for corona reasons, they chose to rent a car.

For the first time an electric one.

- We were completely unprepared, had no apps installed and did not know where to charge.

We arrived at the end but learned that it is a bit fixed the first time you drive an electric car, says Sofia Öberg.

On the way back, the duo felt safer and decided to test the car's range.

It was quite good, but at the height of Mjöby the battery was mostly empty, so they turned into a shopping center.

After the meal: snoop

But it was Easter and a long queue for the fast charger they had seen.

Instead, they connected the car to a "regular" charging post and went and chewed.

When they were just over an hour later we were ready to move on, they were quite snooped.

- The battery was not even charged to ten percent.

In order for it to be full, we had to spend the night in the parking lot!

Eventually, they managed to queue up to a fast charger and continue the journey to Stockholm.

However, it had gone much faster by train.

- But despite all the beginner mistakes, the electric car was a positive experience. People you met at the charging stations were also very helpful and gave tips - it was like a cozy community.
