06 June 2021 Double murder in Trevignano Romano. Two women were found lifeless, they were 65 and 76 years old. According to what has been reconstructed so far, they would have been killed with a piece of wood, similar to a rudimentary spear. On the spot the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Bracciano intervened following a report.
The alleged perpetrator, a 34-year-old man, living in the same house, unemployed, with precedents, drug addict, son of the 65-year-old, was blocked by the Carabinieri while trying to escape in a stolen car (with which he ran over a group of cyclists, fortunately without consequences) and transported to the hospital in Bracciano to undergo mandatory medical treatment, where he is guarded.
Technical and scientific surveys are underway on the spot by the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit of the Ostia Group. Investigations are also underway to understand the motive.
