A professor was sentenced Wednesday, at the Lyon police court, to a fine of 1,500 euros, half of which was suspended.

, he will also have to follow a citizenship course and compensate his three victims (up to 2,000 euros each).
This was at the heart of an "extraordinary" case, as the prosecutor estimated.
"We have an anthology of such vulgar words", for her part commented the president of the police court in the direction of the professor of BTS management intervening in a private school of Villeurbanne (Rhône).
The one who described himself as a “Gallic” in the middle of the course would have, according to the three victims, launched to a student “you are good”, or treated a boy as an “ejaculator”.
Suspected of miming sexual acts, he would also have multiplied racist comments.

Last December, one of her students gathered evidence by filming a videoconference class, before filing a complaint with two of her friends.
“It had been going on for two years but it became more and more raw,” said one of the victims.
