There are many more claims received by Umeå municipality than in a normal year.
Normally, between 50-60 applications are received, but during the last winter, 120 were received by the municipality.
Karl Forsell in Umeå is one of those affected by the harsh winter.
His fence was only two years old, but gave way.
But he is not alone.
- I do not need to be ashamed.
