May 29, 2021 Everything is ready in Porto, Portugal, for the Champions League final, the 66th edition, between the favorite Manchester City and the outsider Chelsea. After 12 months, the seasonal epilogue of the European football elite is decided again in Portugal: in 2020 Lisbon, tonight it will be Porto's turn to host the third all-English final.

The official formations have been announced: on the pitch at 9 pm at the 'Do Dragao' stadium. These are the 11 initials.

MANCHESTER CITY (4-3-3): Ederson; Walker, Stones, Ruben Dias, Zinchenko; De Bruyne, Gundogan, Foden; Mahrez, Bernardo Silva, Sterling. Herds Guardiola.

CHELSEA (3-4-2-1): Mendy; Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva, Rudiger; James, Kanté, Jorginho, Chilwell; Mount, Havertz; Werner. Herds Tuchel.

For Guardiola's team it is the first final in the competition. Their best result was in 2015-16, with the defeat in the semifinals against Real, then the winner. The only European trophy on the showcase for City is the 1969-70 Cup Winners' Cup.

The Londoners take the field for the third final: defeated in 2007-08 with United, winners in 2011-12 with Bayern and Di Matteo on the bench. The "blues" have also twice won both the Cup Winners' Cup (1970-71 and 1997-98) and the Europa League (2012-13 and 2018-19).
