Report the results to the Government of the Russian Federation by October 20, 2021, ”the Cabinet of Ministers said in a statement.

In addition, it is noted that the executive authorities of the constituent entities of Russia are recommended to ensure control over the implementation of measures to prepare for the autumn-winter period of 2021-2022.

The Cabinet of Ministers also instructed the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Construction of Russia to monitor the accumulation of actual fuel reserves by the subjects of the electric power industry and housing and communal services organizations in accordance with the approved standards.

Earlier, Deputy Mayor of Moscow Pyotr Biryukov spoke about plans to turn off heating in the capital.
