The Center Party writes that the new version of the four-leaf clover represents hearts in a ring.

Something they themselves claim points to what they stand for and what they want politically.

- It captures both our history and our willingness to move forward towards new goals.

It is a renewed four-leaf clover, composed of four hearts that together point towards the center.

A four-leaf clover moving forward, writes party secretary Michael Arthursson in a press release.

Dissociates itself from the Alliance

With the new political profile, the party says that it wants to distance itself from its former partners in the Alliance.

This after the latter said they could cooperate with the Sweden Democrats.

The Center Party calls itself an "independent, bourgeois, liberal party."

However, they did not want to say what their heart issues will be in next year's election campaign.

Distancing

Nor were any answers given as to whether the Center Party could consider sitting in a Social Democratic government supported by the Left Party.

However, there is talk of distancing oneself from "socialism, guardian mentality and left-wing politics."

- We will present which issues we go to the polls on in our election manifesto this summer, said party leader Annie Lööf.
