The head of the EC sent to Tikhanovskaya "an economic plan for a democratic Belarus"

“The chairman wrote a letter today to the leader of the opposition of Belarus Svetlana Tikhanovskaya and other oppositionists, expressing her respect and admiration,” she said.

According to her, von der Leyen "outlined in a letter an economic plan to support democratic Belarus in the amount of up to € 3 billion, which is presented today to the EU Council."

Earlier, before the start of the EU summit in Brussels, von der Leyen said that the EU was freezing investment aid for Belarus in the amount of € 3 billion.
