Eight hours of birdsong on live radio this weekend

- The last time we did this, we had several hundred thousand who listened.

This feels very fun, says Jenny Bengtsson Djurvall who is one of the presenters from Osaby.

The program started in 1990 and is always broadcast from nature.

Regular broadcast time is Saturdays at 06.10-07.55 in P1.

Jenny Bengtsson Djurvall learns new things about birds every time she works with the program.

And now for eight hours, without a break.

Jenny herself has a favorite, she prefers to listen to.

- The blackbird is Sweden's national bird and it is for a reason, it is beautiful and it sings most musically of all Swedish birds, says Jenny Bengtsson Djurvall.
