Earlier, the Naval Forces of Ukraine and Great Britain conducted a joint training in the northwestern part of the Black Sea.

In mid-April, artillery and tank reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the border with Crimea worked out countering the enemy's attempt to break through the defense line.
