It was at a preschool in Ås, that a child was backed up by a truck on the morning of April 27.
The child later died in hospital.
After the accident, the police seized the truck and a number of interrogations have been held.
Now the driver has been notified of suspicion of crime: Causing another person's death and negligence in traffic.
The police investigation will be handed over to prosecutors shortly, who will then make a decision on whether the man should be prosecuted or not.
