Mishustin said this during negotiations with the head of the Belarusian government Roman Golovchenko.

According to him, Russia is gradually opening air and other transport links.

Mishustin stressed that "it completely depends on the situation associated with the pandemic."

The Russian prime minister added that there is “no policy at all” in these decisions.

“The first thing we will do is, of course, we will expand our mutual contacts using any means of transport at the earliest opportunity,” TASS quotes him.

Earlier, the prime minister of Belarus called for the restoration of full-fledged air traffic with Russia.
