"From midnight on May 31, to enter the country, you will need to prove the existence of urgent reasons for travel for those who are not French citizens, do not live in France or another EU country," the French Foreign Ministry quoted TASS as saying.
It is noted that it will also be necessary to present a PCR test for coronavirus with a negative result, made no later than 48 hours before arrival in the country.
All travelers will be required to self-isolate for seven days.
But, it is noted that a mandatory self-isolation check will not be carried out.
