He said that at the moment Russian Railways are thinking about changing the concept and name of the restaurant car.
Belozerov also noted that the passenger should have a choice: buy a special dish in the dining car, warm up food in the car, or order food through a smartphone for delivery to the car.
“Such wishes arise depending on the length of the route.
These elements, I think, need to be clearly captured and built, ”he stressed.
