A spokesman for the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said during a mass ceremony held in the Gaza Strip today, Monday, to pay tribute to the martyrs of the latest Israeli aggression, that the brigades are ready to respond to any new escalation.

And the spokesman added that "the logic of orgy will not be met except with steadfastness, steadfastness and challenge."

The spokesman saluted the martyrs of Gaza and the Qassam Brigades, stressing that the resistance fulfilled its promise and installed "the equation of bombing by bombing and blood with blood" with Israel.

The ceremony was held in Gaza City in the presence of Yahya Sinwar, head of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, who appeared in public for the second time since the end of the Israeli aggression at dawn on Friday.

Sinwar is considered one of the most wanted by Israel, as Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz declared that there is no immunity for Hamas leaders, including Sinwar and Muhammad al-Deif, commander-in-chief of the Qassam Brigades.

Sinwar appeared for the first time in the streets of Gaza on Saturday when he participated in offering condolences to a number of the martyrs of the Israeli aggression, without making any statements.

On Friday dawn, the ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian resistance factions in the Gaza Strip under the auspices of Egypt began after an 11-day aggression that led to the deaths of about 250 Palestinians, including dozens of children, women and the elderly.
