A spokesperson for the North Kivu Provincial Government said that in view of the unpredictable trend of volcanic activity, the provincial government has organized the people in Goma to evacuate the dangerous areas in an orderly manner.
The Embassy in the Democratic Republic of the Congo hereby urgently reminds Chinese citizens in the Goma area to be vigilant, and please pay attention to the following during the volcanic eruption:

If it is impossible to evacuate, stay indoors and close the doors, windows and all vents of the house to avoid ash fall from the volcano.
