A businessman, a partner in a company, resorted to an illegal way to resolve a dispute with a villa owner who had contracted with his company, which led to his involvement in the crime of theft and violating the sanctity of the money of others, after he assigned four of his workers to infiltrate the villa and detain its guard and restore doors and windows that had been previously installed In the villa, they were all arrested and transferred to the Public Prosecution Office in Dubai, and from there to the Criminal Court, which began their trial.

The victim (the owner of the villa) said in the investigations of the Public Prosecution, that the guard of the house called him on the day of the incident and told him that workers belonging to a company infiltrated the villa after climbing its wall, took him to the warehouse and closed the doors on it, then stole the hall and council doors and three windows, all worth 25 thousand Dirhams, and fled the place.

He added that he moved to the site and saw the guard, who was in a state of fear, and called the owner of the company "the fifth defendant in the case" and asked him to return the things that his workers had stolen, but he refused, pointing out that he had contracted with that company to install doors and windows in his villa, and he received a business guarantee certificate. Completed, and dealings between them stopped more than a year ago

For his part, the guard said that the victim was sleeping in the villa at about seven in the morning, and heard the voices of people inside, so he went to check what was happening, and saw four people belonging to the company that installed windows and doors previously, and asked them how to enter the villa, and they admitted that they had climbed the wall With the aim of retrieving some items from the warehouse, he went with them to the warehouse and as soon as he entered, they closed the door on him, which caused his fear. He called the owner of the villa, but he did not answer, so he called two of his friends who left about an hour later and opened the door for him.

For his part, a Dubai police witness said that the defendants closed the warehouse door on the guard, then stole some doors and windows, and legal measures were taken against them.
