19 May 2021 Final free passage of the chamber to the support decree, the provision financed with the 32 billion budget variance authorized by parliament last January and which intervenes, as a matter of priority, with new refreshments in favor of companies, freeing the interventions from the codes ateco.
The votes in favor were 375, no against, 45 abstentions.
The deputies of the opposition, FdI and L'Alternativa exist, abstained.
The provision becomes law.

There have been no changes compared to the one voted by the Senate, where numerous innovations have been introduced (thanks to additional resources for 770 million). These include the stop to the first Imu installment for VAT numbers, the suspension of Tosap and Cosap and the Rai license fee for commercial activities most penalized by closures, such as bars and restaurants.
There are five chapters of the decree law: support for businesses and the economy; labor regulations; Health & Safety; measures to ensure the functions of local authorities; other urgent provisions on teaching, university and research, the protection of people with disabilities.
In the business chapter, in addition to the non-repayable contributions for VAT numbers (for which a change of the Senate has been provided for attachment) and support for particularly affected sectors such as that of the mountains, the scrapping of folders is also provided for within 5 thousand euro for subjects with income within 30 thousand euro.
Other changes include the extension for the payment of unpaid IRAP, the extension in a reduced format of the revaluation of company assets and shareholdings, measures on company welfare and for the support of start-ups; finally, the postponement of deadlines for the initiation of the 'external alert' discipline provided for by the Code of corporate crises.
As regards real estate, the Irpef exemption for unpaid rents was extended and
a partial release of evictions was approved.
On the labor side, the Decree further extends the period of possible use of the Cig-Covid (to 30 June for ordinary treatments and to 31 December for those in derogation).
In particular, a 'hole' in coverage was avoided for the last days of March. At the same time, the freeze on layoffs is extended to 30 June and 31 December. The citizenship income has been increased and the emergency income is also strengthened (while the protection in case of illness from Covid has arrived for professionals).
It was then decided to assign to the Municipality of Genoa the residual resources of the extraordinary Commissioner for the reconstruction of the Polcevera viaduct for the realization of urban regeneration and redevelopment investments in the neighboring areas.
The Decree also intervenes in support of sectors such as tourism, culture and sports activities.
