In the running for the Solidarity Trophy, Tilia makes life easier for caregivers on a daily basis.

Lend a helping hand to those who come to the aid of fragile loved ones.

While 39% of French employees support not one but two weakened relatives, Tilia, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Personal Finance group, has set up an ecosystem that aims to make the daily life of caregivers easier.

She was nominated this year for the Trophées de l'Avenir in the solidarity category.

Making life easier for caregivers on a daily basis

Imagined in 2017 by Christine Lamidel, herself a caregiver, as part of an intrapreneurial project, the start-up notably offers, via its dedicated application, "access to social counselors, or personal assistants", indicates its founder and general manager.

But Tilia also makes it possible to "find personal service providers, medico-social experts, make appointments to intervene at the home of a loved one and also access a guide for caregivers," she explains. .

Wanting to be complete, the platform also offers "financial aid simulators that will be able to identify those to which a caregiver can claim."

And if the company was born within the BNP Paribas Personal Finance group, everyone can benefit from Tilia's services.
