May 19, 2021 Paolo Storari, the Milan prosecutor investigated for disclosure of official secrecy in the case of the reports made by the Sicilian lawyer Piero Amara remained 4 hours in the Prosecutor's Office in Brescia in which there is talk of the existence of an alleged Masonic lodge called "Hungary".

Storari, defended by the lawyer Paolo Della Sala, was questioned by the chief prosecutor of Brescia, Francesco Prete. The Milanese prosecutor had already been heard by his colleagues in Rome on 8 May last, before the investigation was transferred to Brescia for a matter of territorial jurisdiction since Storari would have delivered the secret reports to the then councilor of the CSM, Piercamillo Davigo , in Milan in April 2020.

According to what has emerged so far, Storari would have made this choice to 'protect himself' given that, according to him, the leaders of the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office would have delayed for months the entries in the register of suspects useful for sifting the statements of the Sicilian lawyer.

"He clarified"

"We do not go into the details of the interrogation. I can say that we have clarified the position of Dr. Storari". This was stated by the lawyer Paolo Della Sala, lawyer of the Milan prosecutor Paolo Storari at the end of the interrogation of the Milanese magistrate before the chief prosecutor of Brescia, Francesco Prete and the substitute Donato Greco, co-assignee of the file. Storari, who is under investigation for revelation of official secrecy, left the Palace of Justice at 18.54. He had entered at 14.53.

Legale Storari: "They are throwing mud on him"

"Regarding the open sources and what they are declaring, I say they are uselessly throwing mud on a person". This was stated by the lawyer Paolo Della Sala, lawyer of the Milanese prosecutor Paolo Storari, leaving the Brescia Public Prosecutor's Office after four hours of interrogation.

The lawyer, referring to recent statements and comments on TV and in the press, added that making "the effects of what happened later fall back on what one intended to do at least a year and a half earlier, seems to me a deeply wrong procedure. ", both from a logical and a legal point of view. For the defender, therefore, it is necessary to take into account the intentions of the prosecutor Storari at the time who, by delivering the minutes on an alleged Hungarian lodge to Piercamillo Davigo, then to the CSM, intended to 'protect himself' as, according to him, the leaders of the Milanese public prosecutor were not timely with investigations.

"Davigo took responsibility"

"I rely on what has already been publicly declared. The perspective is that of addressing the person who, also assuming public responsibility, said that he would take responsibility for this fact. And therefore from this point of view even independently of the juridical judgment there is a theme of ethical judgment that must be framed and understood. This is a very relevant point, so we stop having opinions expressed head-on ". Thus Paolo Della Sala, lawyer of the prosecutor Paolo Storari, clarifies the role of Piercamillo Davigo, then a councilor of the CSM, who received the secret reports from the hands of the Milanese magistrate under investigation in Brescia for disclosure of official secrecy.
