In addition, the project involves the construction of runways, taxiways and aprons for all types of aircraft, both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
“The terms of reference include, but are not limited to, design services for military sales and military construction programs, including horizontal and vertical structures for various facilities,” the application said.
The contractors must also provide professional support at all stages of the work, including providing engineers and architects.
A total of $ 240 million will be allocated for the implementation of the project. The contract with the contractors is expected to be signed for five years.
