When Frank Dalall Hedström was 15 years old, he fled Syria and crossed the Mediterranean in an inflatable boat.
His new home was the small community Råneå in Norrbotten where he received the support that helped him come back.
- Here I met people who supported me when I had nothing and lived on 700 kronor a month, says Frank Dallal Hedström.
Has consulting assignments today
Today he is 21 years old and runs two companies.
It all started with a UF company at the high school in Luleå together with two friends who he then developed further with lectures on integration and consulting assignments in recruitment.
- Last autumn, when the pandemic put an end to lectures, I felt that I myself wanted to do what I had previously lectured about, says Frank Dallal Hedström.
His new company became a construction and cleaning company where newly arrived and Swedish craftsmen work side by side.
