“During a conversation with members of the POC, Lakeev said that it was hot and stuffy in the cell, asked for a fan and even expressed his readiness to purchase it at his own expense,” the human rights activist said.

He recalled that earlier the blogger had repeatedly asked to install a TV, but the administration of the isolation ward did not satisfy this request.

Lakeyev also told the POC that he partially admitted his guilt for hitting a company car three times during an unauthorized rally on 23 January.

Said-Mukhamad Dzhumaev, accused of attacking security officials at an uncoordinated rally on January 23, told the POC members that he had admitted guilt and asked to consider his case in a special order, without examining the evidence. According to the interlocutor of RT, Dzhumaev did not express any complaints about the conditions of detention.
