He recalled that earlier the blogger had repeatedly asked to install a TV, but the administration of the isolation ward did not satisfy this request.
Lakeyev also told the POC that he partially admitted his guilt for hitting a company car three times during an unauthorized rally on 23 January.
Said-Mukhamad Dzhumaev, accused of attacking security officials at an uncoordinated rally on January 23, told the POC members that he had admitted guilt and asked to consider his case in a special order, without examining the evidence.
