Social media and interpreters got more people vaccinated in western Borlänge

The proportion who vaccinate against covid-19 is lower in socio-economically vulnerable areas.

But in western Borlänge, the willingness to vaccinate is high, following recent efforts from the region.  

The region has also worked actively with a doctor who has had various meetings on Facebook for the people in western Borlänge.

- Now we have a high degree of vaccination in all age groups, says Vesa Juujärvi, operations manager at Vårdcentral Jakobsgårdarna in a press release.
