  According to reports, Moon Jae-in will meet with Biden in the early morning of the 22nd Korean time. The two sides will discuss their common concerns on joint prevention and control of the epidemic.

This will be the second time Biden has held bilateral talks with foreign leaders after Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga.

  Korean media analyzed that the establishment of a vaccine partnership is expected to become a key topic of the talks. The two sides may have a wide-ranging exchange of views on the signing of a vaccine exchange agreement and the production of vaccines in South Korea through technology transfer, but the specific content is not yet known.
