Rafael Nadal (3rd in the world) dominated on Sunday the world No.1 Novak Djokovic 7-5, 1-6, 6-3, to conquer his tenth crown at the Masters 1000 in Rome, two weeks before the kickoff of Roland- Garros.

In the 57th clash between the two stars of world tennis, their sixth face to face in the final in the Eternal City, the Mallorcan drew on his formidable rage to win to overcome his sharp decline in the second set and join the Serbian in number titles won in Masters 1000 (36 each).
