In detail, the ministries decided to cancel the previous exceptions that were granted to employees, due to the circumstances of dealing with the "Covid-19" pandemic, in implementation of a circular issued by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources last week, in coordination with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, regarding the organization of government work. The circular granted a single exception to returning to work in the workplace, including female employees who follow their children with the distance learning system, provided that the exception is canceled at the end of the current school year, stressing that employees who do not have the vaccine must undertake a nasal swab examination (PCR) every week at the employee's expense. It also put in place additional cleaning and sterilization mechanisms, which included all offices, work sites and waiting areas periodically, as it required its employees to observe a regular cleaning and sterilization procedure for the tools shared by employees and dealers, while providing hand sanitizers and sterile wipes at the entrances, and employees and dealers were instructed to leave any unnecessary tools at the entrance. It called on officials of the concerned units in the federal authorities to communicate with the departments of the outsourcing companies that deal with them, urging them to educate their employees about the importance of adhering to these standards and conditions, to limit the spread of epidemics and diseases.
