New homicide in Catalonia.
The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested a 39-year-old man of Spanish nationality this Saturday afternoon, and another 33-year-old Uruguayan for their involvement in a fight in a picnic area in the town of Gualba (Barcelona) that ended with a wounded very serious.
As reported by the Mossos, the victim was taken to hospital due to the injuries he had in various areas of the body and died shortly after.
The agents detained the suspects for their participation in the attack that ended with the death of the victim, allegedly after receiving numerous blows.
The Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) of the Northern Metropolitan Police Region of the Mossos took charge of the events and have been looking for evidence of the crime at the scene.
The detainees, who are charged with a crime of homicide, will go to court in the next few hours.
