On May 15, local time, the tropical cyclone "Taute" landed on the southwest coast of India.
Relevant Indian authorities said on the 16th that "Taut" brought massive rainfall to several states in western India, killing 6 people.
The Indian Meteorological Department said that the tropical cyclone formed in the Arabian Sea will further intensify into a very serious cyclone storm. It is expected to go northward and arrive in Gujarat on the 17th, with wind speeds of 160 kilometers per hour.
