Investigative Committee opened a case after the collision of two courts in the Saratov region

The case was initiated under Part 3 of Art.

263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic safety rules and operation of water transport).

"The investigation found that today, at about 13.20 minutes, in the Kayukovka river of the Engelsky district of the Saratov region, there was a collision of a small vessel" Progress-4 "with a boat," Markovskaya said.

As a result, the navigator and passenger of the Progress-4 died.

Investigators are working at the scene.

A set of investigative actions has been organized to establish the circumstances and causes of the incident.

Earlier it was reported that in the Saratov region, two people were killed in a collision of boats on the river.
