Mannheim (dpa / lno) - Almost two weeks after their triumph with the DLV team over 4x200 meters at the relay world championships in Poland, the HSV sprinters Lucas Ansah-Peprah and Owen Ansah set the next exclamation mark.

At the “Road to Tokyo” meeting in Mannheim on Saturday, Ansah-Peprah won over 100 meters in 10.25 seconds, setting Jobst Hirscht's 1972 record in Hamburg (SV Hamburg Police).

His team mate Ansah improved the Hamburg record of Ingo Schultz (TSG Bergedorf / 20.78) from 2004 over 200 meters with his winning time of 20.66 seconds. Ansah-Peprah (2nd) also remained below that with 20.77 seconds old brand.
