Lamuka's march, "New momentum", was banned this Saturday, May 15 by the authorities in Kinshasa.

Reason mentioned to RFI: anti-Covid-19 measures and as a precaution in the face of the violence that broke out on Thursday in the capital between Muslim protagonists.

But for Adolphe Muzito, president of Lamuka, it is simply a dictatorship.

I consider myself and our Lamuka coalition victims of a policy of double standards, on the part of Mr.

Tshisekedi

and his government, on the basis of the ban or the suffocation of the meeting for which we have forwarded the newsletter to the city authority for two weeks today.

"

"It's a dictatorship, especially for us, the resistance, that is to say Lamuka,

" added Adolphe Muzito.

Martin Fayulu and I are victims of this oppression on the part of Mr. Tshisekedi.

Two days ago, in Lubumbashi and Kolwezi, he obtained the meeting where large crowds came to welcome him.

In Kolwezi, moreover, he pointed out to his activists that they were violating the measure against the Covid.

They could rape her because they were from the presidency. It is the continuity of the Kabila system.

This has now been reinforced with more dictatorship.

Demonstrations and meetings are prohibited and prevented.
