For the sixth day, the Israeli occupation continues its policy of targeting the towers and homes of the residents in the Gaza Strip, as today, Saturday, the Al-Galaa Tower, which includes the headquarters of Al-Jazeera and other media, was destroyed, while the resistance responded by bombing the Israeli rear, killing and wounding dozens.

This evening, Al-Jazeera correspondent reported that residents of the Cairo Tower, south of Gaza City, had received warnings from the Israeli occupation army to evacuate it in preparation for its bombing, and then activists circulated pictures of the tower being bombed.

Al-Jazeera correspondent also reported that the Israeli warplanes bombed the Mushtaha tower next to the Finance Ministry building in the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza City.

This came after Israeli reconnaissance aircraft targeted the tower with warning missiles, and after the Israeli army asked residents to evacuate the tower in preparation for targeting it.

In the same context, Al-Jazeera correspondent stated that residents of Al-Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City received calls from the occupation forces asking them to evacuate their homes.

Al-Jazeera correspondent stated that Israeli raids targeted a sports facility in the center of Gaza City and a water desalination plant in the north of the city, as well as the home of the Hamas leader Khalil Al-Hayya, east of the city.

The correspondent added that a Palestinian was killed this evening as a result of an Israeli raid that targeted a car in Al-Galaa Street in Gaza City.

The Israeli army also announced that a drone that was on its way to Israel from Gaza was shot down, and two of its operators were killed.

Meanwhile, the Al-Jazeera correspondent said that the Israeli army's artillery had renewed its shelling of agricultural lands with rocket-propelled grenades in Beit Lahiya, in the northern Gaza Strip.

Evacuation Tower

Earlier today, the occupation warplanes destroyed the Al-Galaa Tower, which includes the headquarters of the Al-Jazeera network in Gaza and other media outlets such as the American Associated Press, as well as 60 apartments and offices for lawyers and doctors.

Al-Jazeera Media Network issued a statement confirming that the Israeli army gave the residents of Burj Al-Galaa only a very short time to evacuate the place before bombing it, considering that "what Israel has done is a barbaric act aimed at the safety of our journalists and preventing them from revealing the truth."

The network also held the Israeli government fully responsible, and said, "We will proceed with taking legal measures."

After the tower was destroyed, Abu Ubaidah, a spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades - the military arm of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) - said that "the residents of Tel Aviv and the center should stand on one foot and wait for our earthquake response." Its price is dear, as he continues his aggression and demolition of civilian buildings and towers. "

The occupation warplanes also committed a massacre today in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, when they bombed a 3-storey house with several missiles, causing the fall of 10 martyrs, 8 children and 2 women.

One dead and dozens of wounded

On the other hand, Israeli medical sources confirmed the fall of one dead and 46 wounded Israelis in separate areas, from midnight until noon today, Saturday, as a result of rockets from the resistance factions.

The Israeli dead and most of the wounded fell in the city of Rumman Gan, east of Tel Aviv, where pictures showed that many buildings, shops and streets were damaged by the bombing coming from Gaza.

And Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz held a meeting with leaders of the local authorities in the environs of Gaza, where he asked them to prepare for the continuation of the war for other days.

In turn, the Jerusalem Brigades announced this evening the start of a "strong missile campaign" towards Israeli cities and towns, such as Hadera, Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Jan Yefna, Ashkelon, Sderot and Netivot.

As for the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, they announced the targeting of a gathering of Israeli forces east of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, with mortar shells, as well as targeting the Nir Oz military site east of Khan Yunis with missiles.

The Al-Jazeera camera monitored the situation in central Tel Aviv after rockets were dropped from the Gaza Strip on the city, as the streets seemed almost empty.

This is after the Israeli army announced that Tel Aviv residents must enter the shelters and stay there until further notice.

In the Eshkol compound in the western Negev, warnings were issued to the Israelis to adhere to the shelters.

Al-Qassam Brigades said that "the bombing of Herzl Street (in Tel Aviv) on the anniversary of the Nakba carries a strong message and a blow to the enemy, its entity and its sovereignty."

The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation (Kan) published a video clip showing a collective escape from the Tel Aviv beach, after sirens sounded as a result of rockets fired from Gaza.

Earlier today, the factions in Gaza targeted Tel Aviv and its southern, eastern and northern suburbs with successive rocket bursts, and some rockets fell on Ben Gurion Airport and Rishon LeZion,

In the morning, the resistance rockets hit an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, near the city of Nablus, and an area near the Arab city of Taybeh, and the cities of Ashkelon and Ashdod.

It is noteworthy that the security and field escalation in the Gaza Strip has continued since last Monday, when the resistance factions bombed Israeli cities and towns in response to the Israeli army's launch of massive raids on all areas of the Strip, and the Palestinian factions responded by firing rockets intensively on a number of cities inside Israel.

Since April 13, the situation in the Palestinian territories has exploded as a result of brutal attacks committed by the Israeli police and settlers in Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque and its environs, and the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, following Israeli efforts to evacuate 12 Palestinian homes and hand them over to settlers.
