In Paris, the police used water cannons to disperse the demonstration

It is noted that several dozen demonstrators with Palestinian flags and placards took to the streets in the northern quarters of the French capital.

Even before the start of the demonstration, significant police forces were drawn to the gathering place of the protesters.
