Passau (dpa / lby) - In the Passau district, two regional trains collided with cars at unbarred level crossings within a few hours without people being seriously injured.

As the police reported on Saturday, a 49-year-old driver overlooked a train at Fürstenzell on Friday afternoon.

The woman's car was completely destroyed in the collision, but the woman was only slightly injured.

The train driver and his 15 passengers were unharmed.

A few hours earlier, a very similar accident had occurred just a few kilometers away.

At Pocking, a 21-year-old had also hit the tracks when the train approached.

However, the damage to property in the two accidents together is considerable and amounts to around 100,000 euros, as one of the railways was badly damaged.
