Heidenheim (dpa / lsw) - Two people were seriously injured because of a failed overtaking maneuver in Heidenheim.
A 20-year-old driver overtook a car in front of a bottleneck on Thursday and was traveling too fast, the police announced on Friday.
At the end of the bottleneck, a 44-year-old wanted to turn around with his car, the 20-year-old could not stop in time and crashed into the driver's side of the car with his car.
Both drivers were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
