The parent intruded on Enebackeskolan during drop-off and collection, despite the school informing that it was not allowed for parents to enter the school.

The parent has acknowledged the course of events, but denies any wrongdoing.

In police interrogation, the parent has expressed the following about the corona pandemic:

- It's a scam, it's about power and money.

It's to scare people and create fear.

Our kids are not there to hear about covid every day.

People die regardless.

There is no talk of cancer, heart problems or other diseases, the parent said at the interrogation.

Punished with a fine

Lund District Court convicted the parent of unlawful intrusion and a fine of SEK 2,250.

The district court writes in the judgment that the parent "demonstrated a complete nonchalance of the infection control measures taken to protect the staff".

Enebackeskolan hired guards after incidents with the parent in January.

The municipality of Höör demanded that the parent pay damages of SEK 12,250, corresponding to the cost of a guard for three days.

The district court rejected the damages, among other things, because the parent "was not the only one who showed evidence of a lack of respect for the school's rules".
