Bremen (dpa / lni) - Free childcare with musical offers will be available in downtown Bremen from June.

"While the parents shop and run errands in a relaxed manner, the children are looked after by trained and experienced staff," said the economic department.

Accordingly, there is a climbing wall, bouncy castle, table football, painting table and reading corner available for four to ten year old girls and boys in the “Pöks”.

There are also offers from the Bremen Philharmonic's music workshop, as well as painting and creative workshops, which are intended to give children easy access to art and music.

"We want to make the city center attractive, so family-friendly offers such as the children's play paradise" Pöks "are an important element," said Bremen's Senator for Economic Affairs, Kristina Vogt (left).

At the same time, it is a good example to show how useful the temporary use concept is.

The offer is scheduled to start on June 2 and is initially planned to run until the end of 2021.

The opening depends on the current Corona situation.

Pre-registration is required for the workshops.
