Arranging student celebrations in so-called party buses is something that the county administrative board is currently preparing to review.

Because after the temporary pandemic law came into force at the turn of the year, buses are now also covered by the law.

Buses are considered premises

According to the Pandemic Act, buses, boats and other party vehicles are also considered premises and then the maximum ceiling for eight people applies.

This means that those who rent out party vehicles can commit a crime if there are more people attending a gathering.

- We do not do any supervision yet, but we have a dialogue with a number of organizers and companies.

We also inform that they can be fined and fined if larger parties are held in the buses, says David Engstrand, supervisory officer at the County Administrative Board in Stockholm.
