May 10, 2021 The Rome Review Court rejected the application presented by the defense of Marcella Contrafatto, the CSM employee (now suspended) under investigation for slander for having sent the minutes given to the Milan prosecutors by the lawyer to some newspaper editors Piero Amara.

The instance requested the release from seizure of the documents found in the woman's availability during the searches ordered in recent weeks by the Rome Prosecutor's Office.

The woman, now suspended from office, is being investigated for slander by the Capitoline prosecutors as part of the investigation into the dissemination of secret reports of the interrogations made by Piero Amara, a former external Eni lawyer already involved in several investigations, to the Milanese magistrates and arrived in recent months to some newspapers.
