Greifswald (dpa / mv) - The Higher Administrative Court (OVG) in Greifswald has rejected several urgent applications from owners of holiday apartments and houses against the accommodation and entry ban applicable in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The applicants, mainly from the district of Vorpommern-Rügen, had asserted that these regulations represented an encroachment on their property without compensation regulations and were therefore unconstitutional, the court announced on Monday.

Your losses due to the ban on accommodation are therefore unreasonable, it said.

(Ref .: 1 KM 189/21 OVG).

The court, however, is of the opinion that the applications are unfounded.

The regulations in the regulation would prove to be presumably lawful on closer examination.
