Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - The police arrested a suspected counterfeit money fraudster at Frankfurt Central Station.
The 30-year-old is said to have tried several times in vain to get rid of counterfeit money, as the police announced on Monday.
So he asked a traveler to exchange a 50 euro note.
The 25-year-old recognized the fake and called the police.
The officers temporarily arrested the man and seized the flowers.
During the interrogation it turned out that he had previously tried to buy a beer with the counterfeit money in a kiosk.
The kiosk employee also noticed the fraud.
The 30-year-old was later released.
