The purpose of the pilot project is to find out if it is possible for employees to continuously and scheduled work remotely and investigate what the consequences may be.
For six months, participants must work 50% remotely.
- It is voluntary to participate in the project, both as a worker and employer, says Sandra Sjöström who is the project manager.
Preliminary study done
A feasibility study has been carried out and the municipality has, among other things, taken part in previous research on telework and what regulations exist for telework.
A final report of the pilot project is expected to be ready in June 2022.
