This is the crime contested by the Latina State Police against two young people - a 17 year old from Priverno and a 20 year old from Sezze - accused of brutally beating a Romanian citizen on 30 March in Sezze, causing a fracture of the skull and a cerebral hemorrhage. The boys - according to what was ascertained by the agents of the flying squad - would have stunned the Romanian initially with a slap, given by the minor, causing him to end up on the ground with an uppercut to the chin pulled by the largest, amateur boxer. The man, a Romanian drunk at that moment and unable even to dodge the blows, violently slammed his head on the asphalt, fracturing his skull and losing consciousness shortly thereafter due to a cerebral hemorrhage.



"All this - the investigators explain - probably happened for the mere desire to let off steam, taking advantage of the fact that the foreigner was not very reactive and in a confused state because in an evident state of alcoholic intoxication".   



The investigations of the policemen of the mobile squad started immediately after the Romanian was admitted to the Santa Maria Goretti hospital in Latina, found lifeless in the street, along via Porta Sant'Andrea and rescued from 118.
