Already the second candidate from the left

The candidacy of Fabien Roussel comes in a deleterious climate for the left, at the time when it celebrates the 40th anniversary of the election of the socialist François Mitterrand, on May 10, 1981, with the support of the Communist voices.

Gathered on Sunday at Le Creusot to celebrate this event, Mitterrandie was looking for reasons to hope for a possible rally despite everything, if not with the Communists at least with the ecologists.

The Ecologist Pole, around EELV, for its part is organizing a primary in September with a declared candidate, Sandrine Rousseau, former EELV vice-president of Hauts-de-France.

Eric Piolle, mayor of Grenoble should also be a candidate, as well as Yannick Jadot.
